PRIVACY POLICY

• Registration details: athlete name, graduation year, school, position, height and weight, email, phone, parent or guardian name, and any notes you choose to add.
• Consents: a record that you agreed to the terms, waiver and refund policy, and your media preference.
• Payment details: handled entirely by our payment provider. We receive only a confirmation and the last digits of the card — never the full card number.
• Camp media: photographs and video taken at camps.

• To confirm your spot and send location, arrival time and payment information.
• To coach, evaluate and rank the athlete, and to respond to your questions.
• To keep athletes safe, including responding to a medical situation at a camp.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our payment provider, our website and database hosting provider, and email delivery. For athletes who opt into official rankings, we share performance results with Chris Sailer Kicking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Camps are attended by athletes under 18, so registrations are submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent on the athlete's behalf. This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information directly from them. If you believe a child under 13 submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

Registrations are stored in a secured database that is not readable from this website — only The Punt Factory can access them. We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the camp and to satisfy tax and legal requirements, then delete them.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make pages work. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated first.

You may ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your media consent. Email Thepuntfactory@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do neither — and to appeal a decision by replying to our response.
