Dwayne is a former Letterman Iowa State Football Defensive Back and was part of the development Squad of the LA Raiders in the NFL from 1993-95. He also worked as an International Development Manager (98-03) and made the Essendon Bombers AFL International List in 97/98. Further, he participated in the NFL Super Punt- Australian to NFL and World League from 99-02. There are many top players that Dwayne helped to develop and take their game to the next level.
